Privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

Vibe is run by an individual based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect and your rights under UK GDPR.

What we collect

We do not sell your data, track you across other apps, or use third-party advertising trackers. Promotions in Vibe are not personalised using your data.

Why we use it

To run your account, show your plans and messages to the people you share them with, keep the community safe (moderation and abuse reports), and prevent fraud.

Who can see it

Plans and messages are visible to other members as shown in the app. Event photos are private to the plan's members. Our hosting and authentication providers process data on our behalf. Payments for advertising are handled by Stripe.

Keeping and deleting

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account. This removes your profile, plans, messages and photos. Records we are legally required to keep (such as advertising purchase records) are kept only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing info@clearstepdigital.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Vibe is for people aged 16 and over.
